For those of you who missed the first ten episode of ABC’s “Flash Forward” and want to catch up, you’ll get the chance to do so.
ABC Studios has announced that the first half of season one of the series will hit DVD on February 23.
The release, which is called “Season One, Part One” is just the latest to split up a television season into two releases. “Battelstar Galactica” did it, “Stargate” Universe” will do it and the recently released “Glee” has done it.
However, unlike some other half-season sets that are sold at full-season prices, the MSRP for the first half of season one will be $29.95.

Am I the only one who's starting to get really miffed at the "half-season" DV D sets - which, of course, sell for the same price as the full-season?
I will not buy seasons like this they will just release a complete version for less at a later date. This is what netflix is for!!!
What also stinks is that once it goes to DVD they remove the episodes from places like Hulu. Oh wells, the show sucks anyway so I guess it aint so bad.
We in UK are use to half-season” DV D sets.
We get lost in 2 Parts.
We got CSI's in 2 Parts.
Rip-off Britain.
$30 might seem cheap, but if they have season 1.5 priced at $30, you are paying $60. The series better get really really good to make me want to pay that kind of money
I didn't mind half seasons when BSG would take a 10+ month break, but short of a long hiatus they should just keep them together.
