One of the most profitable movies in history is looking to continue life beyond the screen with a new comic that picks up right where the movie left off.
Published by IDW, the new comic is available via the iTunes store and continues the story from the film.
The comic follows Dr. Johann Avery in his search to fit Katie, the haunted girl from the film.
The story comes from writer Scott Lodell and IDW says it is in the first of a series of on-line comics the company has planned.
