Cavanagh Cast In “Yogi Bear”

TV’s “Ed” has joined the cast of the upcoming live-action/CGI “Yogi Bear” movie.
Actor Tom Cavanagh has been cast as Ranger Smith in the upcoming film.
Smith is the park patrolman who’s constantly trying to prevent the local mischievous bear from pillaging picnic baskets.
Cavanagh joins the cast that includes Anna Farris as Ranger Smith’s love interest and documentary film maker who comes to Jellystone to chronicle the story of the talking bear, Dan Ackroyd as the voice of Yogi and Seth Green as the voice of Bo-Bo.
I really LOVED him on Ed but I can’t muster any enthusiasm for a Yogi Bear movie. Bummer.
It must have been an incredibly slow news day to report on a non-science fiction film.
Good Gracious Alive! Hollywood must really be bankrupt of any creativie ideas. Just like Dan Ackroyd to take the money and run. I guess business has been slow for him the past few years.
