As the second season of “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” debuts on DVD and Blu Ray this week, a group of passionate fans want to see more of the show at some point in the future.
A group of fans has created a mobile billboard for the show that can be seen on the streets of Los Angeles for the months of September and October. The mobile billboard implores for more “Sarah Connor” and includes a web site link to find out more on the show.
Fans are hopeful the series could return in a DVD movie if sales of the season two set are high enough.

I dunno … Don’t they remember what happened when Dead Like Me came back as a direct-to-dvd movie? I still have nightmares over that one.

I liked the Dead Like Me movie. 🙁 I still want them to make another one.

The series was amazing. The movie was garbage. Whoever allowed the replacement Daisy to show up on set should be electrocuted. Either she is a relative of some casting director, or she’s fantastic on the casting couch. Either way, she should never have come anywhere near that role. And not having Rube was just stupid.
Not even bringing back the original “alternate” lifers was stupid. They had to go and find prettier people to play the alts, and there was no reason for it.
Sometimes, things should stay gone, and let the fans remember the show for the greatness that it was.
For every Star Trek TNG, there are at least ten Munsters Todays. That’s all I’m saying.

I’m with Arkle,
The Dead Like Me movie was a really nice “half” a movie. The only thing that killed it was the new Daisy. (She Sucked.!!) I could even forgive no Rube, although, for the story it would have been nice to see just a minute or two of him and George at the beginning.
I think one of the reasons I love Defying Gravity so much is Seeing Daisy in a good role again.
Oh well…. Time will tell if this does anything important.., other than making an interesting little post on our website.

The mobile billboard will only be seen from September 21 to September 23. Today was the last day. There are plans to purchase slide ads to be shown in in movie theatres througout the country.

The “Dead like Me” movie was a little like “district 9”, I wanted to like it more.
“DLM” dvd movie thou, was actually less that half a movie. There was the “good” story arc where George gained some sort of closure and grew up some.
Then there was the huge black hole of a story arc of the rest of the gang doing “stoogesque”(sp?) crap.

I gave “The Sarah Connor Chronicles” a chance, but it didn’t meet my expectations, so don’t expect me to buy any of the DVD sets. It’s just not good enough.
But I will buy the “Terminator: Salvation” DVD once it’s released. The series should have been like THAT. I still can’t figure out why they didn’t make the series more like the movies. I also can’t figure out why they had to give Derek such a meaningless death. I mean, he’s supposed to be one of the top resistance guys from the future, right? But he makes a dumb move that gets him instantly killed?
Sorry, I’m rambling.

The show was a little disappointing; a few bright moments didn’t cancel out a lot of dreck. I’d be perfectly happy if it didn’t return, especially as Lena Heady is now attached to “Game of Thrones”, a project I’d *really* like to see succeed.

The show was starting to get good at the end. A possible split within the ranks of th e Terminators was a good storyline to follow but it just took a loooooong time to really get going and when the show finally was starting to get the right balance of fighting, dialogue, and story telling it ends. I would have liked another season.
