Actors Matt Damon and Emily Blunt have been cast in the upcoming adaptation of “Adjustment Bureau” according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Based on a short story by Philip K. Dick, “Bureau” follows a smooth-talking congressman played by Damon whose political future is thrown in doubt by uncontrollable events and the arrival in his life of a mysterious ballerina played by Blunt.
The feature is the latest in a long-line of stories by Philip K. Dick to get the big-screen treatment.
The movie goes into production this fall.
