The cast of “Fringe” is growing.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, actress Meghan Markle will join the series for its second season.  Markle will play “attractive, brash and quick-witted junior FBI agent,” the trade paper reports.

Markle’s role on the show will be a recurring one.

The actress previously features in a recurring role on the CW’s “90210″ reboot.  She also served as one of the models on NBC’s “Deal or No Deal,” according to IMDB.

“Fringe” returns on Thursdays this fall on Fox.

90210 AND a Deal or No Deal model?

Can’t argue with the kind of acting chops.

What’s this mean for Kirk Acevedo? who was apparently fired? Why add a cast member when they could have make Charlie recurring.

What’s this mean for Jasika Nicole? I would hate to lose Astrid Farnsworth.

I’m hoping this means that they finally make Charlie and Astrid full-time members of Team Fringe. After all, a full lab is a happy lab. :)
