Dimension Sets October Release for “The Road”
If you’ve been wondering when the big-screen adapation of “The Road” would finally hit theaters (it was delayed from the holiday season last year), we have good news for you. According to SciFi Wire, Dimension Pictures has set October of this year for the movie’s theatrical debut. The movie will open on October 16.
Based on the novel by Cormac McCarthy, “The Road” tells the story of a man and his son journeying down a road in a post-apocolyptic future. The film stars Vigo Mortenssen, Robert Duvall and Charlize Theron.
