Leonard Nimoy is coming back to television.
The actor, best known as Spock from classic “Star Trek,” will guest-star on the season finale of Fox’s “Fringe” according to Zap2It.
According to reports, Nimoy will take the role of William Bell, the founder of Massive Dynamics and former scientific partner of Walter Bishop. The report also hints that this could become a recurring role for Nimoy during the second season for the Fox series.
Fox hasn’t officially confirmed the casting yet, though several of the series’ writers and producers are.
The first season finale of “Fringe” will air in May.
