Now that 20th Century Fox has a financial stake in the box-office success of “Watchmen,” the studio has decided to move its new romantic comedy, “About Steve” to later this year. “Steve” was schedule to open the same weekend as “Watchmen” according to Variety. However, 20th Century Fox has decided to move the film to the fall to avoid the juggernaut that is “Watchmen.”
The move was one of several announced yesterday. The biggest is that “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” has moved its release date up two days from June 26 to June 24.
