Veteran pilot director, Alex Graves, has been tapped to bring NBC’s post-apocalyptic drama pilot “Day One” to life according to the Hollywood Reporter.
“Day One” chronicles the aftermath of a devastating global event.
Graves has a solid track record for directing successful pilots. He was in the directing chair for this year’s “Fringe” pilot and brought “Journeyman” and “The Nine” to our screens as well.Â
The pilot for “Day One” will need all the help it can get to make it to NBC. As previously reported, NBC has reduced the hours of scripted prime-time television for next season, making the competition for them more intense than ever.Â
