It’s been a good couple of weeks for actor Mark Valley. Last week came the news that he and “Fringe” co-star Anna Torv had tied the knot. Now comes news that the actor has secured the lead role in the upcoming pilot for Fox’s new sci-fi drama, “Human Target.”
Based on the DC comic, “Target” follows Christopher Chance (Valley), a mysterious security freelancer who assumes the identities of those in danger, becoming the “human target” for his clients.
The pilot for this new series will be directed by Simon West, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
No word yet on if Fox will air the episodes in order or exile the new show to Friday evenings.
Should be better than the short lived Rick Springfield portrayal. But then again, you never know.
Sounds like a really cool concept, so I'm sure the actual show will be awful.
Out of all the new shows being announced, this one sounds like the best to watch. I'll be keeping my eye on it.
