"Into You" Tops Box-Office

The romantic comedy, “He’s Just Not That Into You” topped the box-office over the weekend, taking in $27.5 million.  Overall, Hollywood saw another strong weekend at the box-office with strong openings for new films and lower than expected dropoffs for several other films.

Coming in at number two was last week’s top draw, “Taken.”  The film dropped just 18% from last weekend, taking in $20.5 million over the weekend.

In third was the new 3-D animated feature, “Coraline.”  Rounding out the top five was “Pink Panther 2″ and “Paul Blart Mall Cop.”

The limited release of “Fanboys” didn’t crack the top thirty films, but did deliver $164,000 on just 44 screens nationwide.

Final numbers will be released later today.
