Activision’s upcoming video game based on X-Men icon Wolverine will feature the character’s regenerative powers working in real time.
The gaming publisher has released new details on next year’s tie-in video-game “X-Men Origins: Wolverine”. “Wolverine” is being developed by Raven Software, the company that created Marvel-based games X-Men Legends and Marvel Ultimate Alliance.
According to Actvision’s release, the claw-wielding hero will display “lightning-quick combat, evasive maneuvers, in-depth combo attacks, and an array of brutal finishing moves.”
This would not be the first time Wolverine has starred in his own video game. Most recently, the X-Man starred in 2003’s “Wolverine’s Revenge”, which released simultaneously with the second X-Men film.
