Maybe the devil made them do it.Â
The CW has announced that “Reaper” will return for its second season on March 17. For those of you looking at a calendar, the night in question is a Tuesday and not the original Thursday timeslot originally announced for the series.Â
Earlier this year, “Reaper” was renewed and reported to be going in for “Smallville” while the story of a young Clark Kent went on hiatus. However, with the renewed success of “Smallville” and “Supernatural” this season, the CW has decided to air “Reaper” on Tuesday evenings at 9 p.m. EST.Â
The show will be led in by the revamped “90210” and will face stiff competition from Fox’s “American Idol” and “Fringe” and CBS’s “The Mentalist.”
The second season of “Reaper” will run for 13 episodes.Â

It’s great to hear that it finally has a premiere date, but it stinks that I have to wait another three months to see it.
