Our good friends from AMC’s SciFi Scanner were given the opportunity to have a sit-down with renowned author Orson Scott Card (”Enders Game”) and talk about his newest edition to the franchise — “Ender in Exile.”
The Hugo-winning novelist also discusses his big screen dreams for the first book in the series.

Let’s stop adding more books to the franchise and get to movie a adaptation of Ender’s Game. Card is easily one of the best character writers out there and Ender’s Game a definite classic, but how long can he rehash the story from different viewpoints and angles?
As awesome as that could be, Hollywood would totally screw it up by casting Ender as a 16 year old and leaving Bean completely out.
