“Flash Forward” follows the aftermath once the world’s population awaken after blacking-out for approximately 2 minutes and 17 seconds. They all also have a shared vision of the future. The impact on many of their lives sets many of the planet’s inhabitants in a new life direction.

Goyer is set to direct the pilot and co-executive produce. Braga will join Goyer as scribe and co-executive producer.

Sawyer’s a good writer and I’m pleased that this novel is being looked at for a movie. Sawyer’s books can be pretty polital, and he’s an outspoken athiest. I’m wondering if the more contraversial elements will be left out.
