Rogue Picture’s has just debuted the new trailer and photos for their upcoming supernatural thriller “The Unborn!”
Starring Odette Yustman, Meagan Good, Cam Gigandet, Gary Oldman and James Remar, “The Unborn” is the grippingly, frightening tale of one woman’s survival as she fights a family curse and struggles to shut a doorway from beyond our world that has been pried open by someone who was never born.
Synopsis:
Sometimes the soul of a dead person has been so tainted with evil that it is denied entrance to heaven. It must endlessly wander the borderlands between worlds, desperately searching for a new body to inhabit.
And sometimes it actually succeeds.
Writer/director David Goyer (“Blade: Trinity,” “The Invisible,” “Batman Begins,” “The Dark Knight”) gives a terrifying glimpse into the life of the undead in “The Unborn,” a supernatural thriller that follows a young woman pulled into a world of nightmares when a demonic spirit haunts her and threatens everyone she loves.
Casey Beldon (Odette Yustman) hated her mother for leaving her as a child. But when inexplicable things start to happen, Casey begins to understand why she left. Plagued by merciless dreams and a tortured ghost that haunts her waking hours, she must turn to the only spiritual advisor, Sendak (Gary Oldman), who can make it stop.
With Sendak’s help, Casey uncovers the source of a family curse dating back to Nazi Germany–a creature with the ability to inhabit anyone or anything that is getting stronger with each possession. With the curse unleashed, her only chance at survival is to shut a doorway from beyond our world that has been pried open by someone who was never born.
“The Unborn” premieres January 9, 2009.

That wasn’t scary at all.
And I had to go to the bathroom anyway…
Love it !!! This definetly looks like a must see movie, FINALLY
Okay, well, normally I’m not the type to be afraid of scary movies but when I saw this preview before watching Twilight it scared the crap out of me. First of all, I was totally relaxed, because I didn’t expect anything scary to be on. Then all those weird twisted demonic beings were popping out. I was so unprepared for it that I couldn’t watch the whole trailer until now. BUT you should have heard all those little teeny bopper girls there for Twilight wimpering and screaming. hahaha. That was the best.
I am not going to watch that stupid thing!!!!!!! It looks stupid anyways!!!
I’ve seen and read a lot of scary things. The latest thing I saw was “House” in theaters. Like Samantha, I don’t get scarred that easily.
I was saw Twilight on Friday and when I saw it I thought it looked kinda scary, but for some reason I couldn’t look away. My two friends that went to see Twilight with my were screaming and hiding. I started breathing quickly at one part, I forgot which one…
Once it was over I bursted out laughing and I said “That was awesome! We should see that! It looks scary!” Then they’re like, “Holy Shit! No way!” Then they made me switch seats so they could huddle together. lol. XD
Seriously, it’s a lot scarier when your in a huge dark movie theatre with piercing screams of girls around you than when you watch it at home…
i saw this before twilight…….it acually looked kinda good. exept that freakin weird demonik rat like creature…and the old dude. yaaaaaaaaaaa those parts i was screamin my ass off *sigh* i gues thats what we get for pretending to be 13 T.T
I thought that putting that preview on before Twilight was inappropriate. Did someone read “vampire” and think Twilight was a horror movie? It freaked me out and I love a good scary movie – I’m not easily freaked. My 12yo totally wants to see it but I’m thinking DVD so we can already be home when it ends and we’re totally freaked out. I just hope we didn’t see all the good parts in the preview. I hate it when the trailer is better than the movie.
