Emmy Awards Asking for Best Moment in TV Drama

The 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards are asking television audiences across the world to choose which clip should be TV’s most Memorable Moment in the Drama category.

There are 10 choices listed. Of those 4 are of particular interest to fans of the SF genre. They are:

“Star Trek”

Episode: City on the Edge of Forever
April 16, 1967

“The X-Files”

Episode: Existence Kiss
May 20, 2001

“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”

Episode: The Gift
May 22, 2001

“Lost:

Episode: Live together, Die alone
May 24, 2006

    Really? These are our choices?

    Not the scene I’d have chosen from Buffy, but then I think my favorite scene is probably an odd one.

    I dunno if I could pick a favorite from X-Files, but it probably wouldn’t have been The Kiss, even though the whole show was leading to it.

    The best X-file episode was the one with the twin witches, that was really fun.
