ok, for Jumper. I do agree that it seems like they saw X2 and how AWESOME Nightcrawler was and thought ‘lets make a movie out of THAT special effect’. so i went into the movie expecting a special effect heavy adventure movie. And you know what? I had fun! it was a fun movie, I’m interested in the sequel. Yes, it wasn’t anything incredibly cerebral, but it was fun. So was Transformers. I’m ok with movies like that. Hopefully they will work with the plot in the next movie to make it more prominent because it actually does have great potential in that direction (i haven’t read the novel yet, just as a note).
