Fan Pimps SoSF
OK, Fellow Geeks, I have a resolution for all of you old enough to have jobs and know what stuff costs.
It’s time to start the “Five Bucks a Month” campaign for our friends at Slice of SciFi (SoSF)!
Our friends Mike, Summer, Sam and Brian work their butts off every week to bring us news, movies and a lot of laughs. This doesn’t happen by magic. It doesn’t even happen by gadgetry. It comes to us by the hard work of some great folks.
Yes I know it’s a labor of love for them. But I know it would mean a lot to them for us to show our appreciation by sending them a minumum token of Five Bucks a Month. (That’s $60 a year for those of you who are challenged by large numbers.)
Student geeks, poor geeks and non-geeks are exempt. But for those of us geeks with real jobs who get real pleasure from their efforts, it’s time to step up. Mike, Summer, and the rest of the team won’t ask (or don’t ask loudly enough!). So I’m asking. Five Bucks a Month. You know how to use PayPal, so use it already.

I would gladly contribute $5 a month to the fine people at SoSF but when you click Mike’s Monthly Donation button it only asks for $2 a month.
My experience with Paypal is limited, am I missing a step where I can edit the amount?
