Still riding the high wave of success in the international market, the surprise animated hit of this year has to be the rat-inspired saga “Ratatouille.” This weekend the tale of a rat that whispers tantalizing recipes to a chef while residing under his hat was still shoveling in the big Euros in theaters across Western and Eastern Europe. Now the movie will get a second chance at more dollars in the United States on DVD. The film will get its release on DVD and Blue-ray this Tuesday.
Also on tap for Tuesday is “Dr. Who: The Complete Third Series.” David Tennant is the time-traveling Time Lord, with his newest companion, a medical student, played by Freema Agyeman. The Season 3 DVD includes all 13 episodes on a six-disc set with deleted scenes and commentary.
