Sci Fi Studios Magazine Issue #3 Now Available
Sci Fi Studios announces the release of Issue 3 of their Online Magazine. In this edition, they explore the ever-expanding world of sci-fi fan films and discuss how this relatively new form of expression is influencing fandom as a whole.

The cover interview this issue is with James Cawley of Star Trek: New Voyages. It also has exclusive interviews with crewmembers from Star Trek: Hidden Frontier, Star Trek: Intrepid, Starship Farragut and the horror fan film Hellraiser: Prophecy. All this plus the magazine’s regular span of features, reviews and science articles!
For the first time ever, Sci Fi Studios Magazine and Trek United’s Hailing Frequencies Open newsletter are joining forces and are inviting you to join in as they take a look back at sci-fi shows and movies that have been retold, remade, revived or continued from the archives of sci-fi, under the theme, “Rewind: Sci-Fi Retold.” They are asking aspiring writers and sci-fi fans to contribute reviews, commentaries, profiles… If it fits the theme, they will consider it. It could be anything from Battlestar Galactica to Star Trek, Superman to Spiderman, Star Wars, Doctor Who, Planet of the Apes, War of the Worlds, Lost in Space, King Kong, Batman, The Time Machine … the list is endless! The best contributions will be featured in Issue 4 of Sci Fi Studios Magazine and Issue 24 of HFO. For full details, click HERE.
Sci Fi Studios’ second challenge goes out to all the wizards, witches and muggles who think that they know everything about the first six Harry Potter books, but that’s the easy part. What do you know about book seven? Here is the ultimate test: Sci Fi Studios Magazine has created a Divination 101 exam for you. The magazine challenges you to predict what will happen in the seventh and final installment of the epic series. Be a part of history by recording your answers to their questions. Full details can be found at Divination 101.
Sci Fi Studios Magazine is for fans by fans just like you, so you are always encouraged to give them feedback and story ideas. If, however, you would rather take a more direct approach, why not join their team of both experienced and fan writers? Either way, unlike most magazines on the market, your voice will always be heard at Sci Fi Studios Magazine — sfsmagsubmit@gmail.com
The staff and writers of SFS Magazine hope you enjoy Issue 3 as much as they enjoyed creating it for you!
