The folks over at Sequential Pictures have released their trailer for the 23rd Anniversary of “Dune.” Titled “DUNE — The 23rd Anniversary Re-edition,” they have taken some light-hearted creative license and redubbed about 9 minutes of David Lynch’s film and turned it into a parody of the this classic 1984 movie, placing it in the vein and style reminiscent of Monty Python.
Humourous without being irreverent, this short looks at the film from the slightly skewed vision of a Python or the those crazy goons from MST3K and SNL.
