The British “Podcast” Invasion

April 21, 2007 by Sam Sloan   || Category: Podcasting

There is a new scifi podcast now available called “British Invaders” and it promises to put the class in British Sci-fi.

The show stars two podcasters separated by the Big Gray — Brian Doob, a software developer in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and Xander, an an applied physicist who lives in Surrey, England.

This new podcast dedicated to British scifi looks at SF television and movies from across the pond, and the decades — takes each one apart, examines them closely, as only a software guru and physicist can, and meticulously puts everything back together again so that by the end of their discussion their topic has not only been thoroughly examined but has just that right touch of class indeed.

Join Brian and Xander as they explore the depths of British SF and related genre on the “British Invaders” podcast. Their first episode covers “Sapphire and Steel”.
