This is the show for our fans and listeners! We’re receiving so much voicemail and email feedback commentary that we can’t even fit all of it into it’s own show anymore. But that’s okay… Keep it coming!
Michael, Summer, Brian and Tim juggle the voicemail comments this week. We hear from a few more XM Radio listeners (and we are working on lessening the XM time delay), and we have a lot of BSG talk since we’re all still having “Heroes” withdrawals.

All our talk about BSG on this VM show was recorded before the Sunday night season finale of show…so, now we know Starbuck is alive and who four of the Final Five are…whereas, when we recorded this VM show, we didn’t know that yet….so all the speculation is even more interesting taking that in mind.
Michael R. Mennenga says
Uh……. Can’t we say that Starbuck is our 5th? That was the clear message I got, unless Lee is seeing her the way that Baltar sees 6
Sam says
Anything is possible in the convoluted mind and creative genius that is Ronald D. Moore. ๐
And yes Ed, SCI FI moving BSG to Sunday has screwed us up with VM. We tried to convince them of how important it was for Slice VM to keep it on Friday night, but for some reason they didn’t listen. ๐
Brian says
Did Michael say that Drizzt was going to get the moive treatment? Hmm. I have to think about my reaction to that for a minute.
YES! YES! YES! OH SWEET FRKAKING GOD YES!!!!!!!
Thomas says
Considering Tigh’s age I am in agreement with Ed.
Michael in Nashville says
Mike–Ron Moore has stated somewhere that Kara could be a hallucination like Lee and he left that part delibarately vague to keep interest up and speculation going during the long hiatus.
Ed from Texas says
I’m not convinced that they’re cylons yet. Moore pretty well lied to us in the podcast about killing off Starbuck, so I see no reason to just believe him in that newspaper interview now. Tigh’s age is going to be difficult to explain and Hera becomes much less important if Tyrol’s kid is also a half-cylon hybrid.
You know, moving BSG to Sunday’s really screws with the recording on Saturday, publish the following week production schedule.
And, in other news, Mennenga has declared me a Super Geek(tm)!!! Woo-hoo!!
Fitz says
Hey all,
I saw the preview that had most of the Sand Man tidbits, which I believe Micheal was referring to. My impression from the trailer (which I’m sure you could find online) was not that Peter’s uncle was killed by the Sand Man (in effect blowing continuity from the get go), rather the thug who killed his uncle became the Sand Man in some sort of prison experiment sometime after the first movie.
Michael R. Mennenga says
Ah……. But the thug was killed in the first movie. Spidey let him fall to his death and thus started Peter’s crime fighting nature.
I’m still very nervous about this movie, but I’ll give it a chance.
Brian says
Oh enough about Spidey 3. Let’s hear more about Drizzt Do’Urden movies. ๐
