“Galaxy of Stars” — A Major Fan-Created Event

There is a fast growing sci-fi convention in town called “The Galaxy of Stars 07,” a huge fan-driven event that will be highlighting some big name talent at its shindig this year.

The big two-day event takes place in Jackson, Mississippi (USA) on May 4-5, 2007.

The guest list is a virtual who’s who of the Star Trek verse. Several incarnations of Star Trek will be represented including, Star Trek: The Next Generation’s Marina Sirtis & Natalija Nogulich, from Star Trek: Enterprise and Stargate: Atlantis Connor Trinneer will make an appearance along with fellow Enterprise cast mates Dominic Keating and John Billingsley, and finally Star Trek: Voyager’s Tim Russ and Garrett Wang. As an added bonus Bonita Friedericy of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Nine” drops by along with Christopher Mulrooney and fan favorite Luis “DJ” Vulcan Valentine from Trek To The Troops.

The event will boast of two special fan parties (tickets must be purchased), in which DJ Vulcan will be providing the music for each.
