Art Imitates Life In “Space Invader”

February 15, 2007 by Sam Sloan   || Category: Film News

will-arnett.jpgBefore NASA astronaut Lisa Nowak went ballistic over a spaced-out love triangle screenwriters Mike Lisbe and Nate Reger of “Just Shoot Me” fame had already penned a space-station comedy that had a love triangle as its central theme.

As the fates would have it the script has been picked up by Fox Atomic and dubbed “Space Invader” with Will Arnett (Freak Show) set to star and produce.

Also on the big screen look for Arnett in seven films for 2007 and two so far due out in 2008. One of those 2007 releases will be the supernatural comedy “Jeff the Demon.”
