A Soldier’s Thanks

November 19, 2006 by Sam Sloan   || Category: Fan Mailbag

Trek To The Troops is in the forefront of helping GI’s, airmen and sailors all over the world receive care packages that allow them to get a small taste of home, while they are so very far away.

Here is just one sample of the many letters sent by soldiers and Marines who wish to thank Chris Mulrooney and all the hard working staff at Trek To The Troops for the games and other materials they has received since pulling duty over in the Middle East.

Dear Trek to the Troops,

tttt.jpgI just wanted to take a minute to say “Thanks” for the games that you guys sent to me over here. Care Packages are always meaningful from home when a soldier is overseas, but you guys went above and beyond by sending me so many games for my Xbox and Play Station.

These games have not only boosted my Morale but the morale of the others in my company who I have given games to and let others borrow. Thanks a ton, and I hope your organization grows and does well so that you can support other Sci-Fi fans that are deployed overseas.

I have enclosed a picture to say thanks and for you to show at your events. If anyone ever wonders if you are a legitimate organization, the answer is a defiantly “YES”!!! And I am proud to support you for the support that you provided to me and fellow Troops.

Sincerely
