Sex in the Batmobile

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - The new CW network has committed to a pilot for a one-hour action/comedy described as “Sex and the City” meets “Batman.”

“Veronica Mars” executive producer Diane Ruggiero oversees the series that revolves around two young women and best friends who unite to fight crime after a mysterious event gives them superpowers they can use only when they are together.

The catch? These two ladies, while being friends, see the world from two diametrically opposed points of view and they are forced to work together to keep the world safe from villains.
