Is It Real? Or, Is It Quantum Mechanix?

September 30, 2006 By S. K. Sloan 1 Comment

Quantum Mechanix (QMx) is astonishing in their ability to create entire lines of replicas that will simply blow you away. We’re talking the real deal in authentic replicas – thoroughly original.

Collectors can pick from well known scifi and monster franchises for some of the best and most unique prop recreations one can find anywhere.

For example: The Serenity collection includes an authentic looking exact licensed replica of the shiniest sidearm in the verse – Mal’s prized and trusty sidearm. And, coming in 2007 is a large scale replica of Mal’s first love – Serenity herself.

Coming soon for lovers of Stargate and Battlestar Galactica are recreations of a Wraith Dart, the F-302, Zat-guns, the Stargate itself and an Al’Kesh Bomber. From the corriders and hanger decks of Galactica will be authentic looking replicas of the dog tags and officer pins worn by Fleet personnel, reproduced film sets and space fighters.

The Monster Line is pretty freaky with items like a Devonian Hand Fossil and a pristine replica of Dracula’s Ring, plus other recreations from Frankenstein and the Creature From the Black Lagoon.

Collectors who are passionate about acquiring limited editions will want to stop by QMx and meander through their virtual ailse of fabulous collections of replicas and recreations and see what new surprises Andy Gore and QMx President Steve Dymszo (also founder of Master Replicas) have in store for that vacant spot in those display cabinets.

I’m definitely getting some BSG-style dogtags once they’re available, that sounds frakkin’ awesome!
