Abrams Talks To TV Guide About LOST and Trek

J.J. Abrams sat down with TV Guide’s Shawna Malcom in an exclusive interview. He talked about various subjects including his hit TV show LOST’s upcoming third season and his new film currently in production, STAR TREK: XI.

There was really nothing new that Abrams would reveal on the Star Trek movie front that we haven’t reported already, but one may get a feel for what Abrams’ may do from his answers concerning his love for Star Trek and which of the series’ he watched and preferred the most. Based on his answers about what influenced him the most in entertainment another interesting picture of his possible direction for the franchise begins to reveal itself from the well placed smokescreen that surrounds the project.
