SciFi, Fantasy and Horror cinema/television get only a slight nod from the 63rd annual Golden Globe Awards in this year’s nominations. The Golden Globes have become a precursor to possible Oscar and Emmy winners.
Here are the few-and-far-between genre nominations:

That’s it kids. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association will present the awards January 16, 2006 on NBC @ 8PM EST.
Anthony Hopkins (Silence of the Lambs) will receive the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award for lifetime achievement.
